Saturday’s activities include Lion’s Club Pancake Breakfast, Peach Fest 5-Miler, Recipe Contest & Sample Sales, Peach Festival Parade, Peach Festival @ Riverbend Park, Peach Cuisine with Colorado Chefs, Peach Eating Contest and “Feast in the Fields.” Sunday wraps up with the Palisade Sunday Market, historic walking tours of downtown Palisade and agritours.

Final Sunday Market & Harvest Hoopla:
Take-in Palisade’s final Sunday Farmer’s Market of the season and enjoy festivities, bands and bar celebrating the harvest season.

Olde Fashioned ChristmasOlde Fashioned Christmas has become a tradition in the Grand Valley and its only 3-day holiday season event. Celebrate the holidays in a Victorian atmosphere with the Soup Challenge, Gingerbread House Contest & Showcase, Olde Towne Marketplace, Tour of Victorian Homes, Silent Auction, Chili Cook-off, and wine tastings. Sunday wraps up with a celebration of High Tea.

3rd Annual Varaison Festival of Lights
Businesses from around the Grand Valley sponsor beautifully decorated Christmas trees producing an amazing array of lights. Enjoy hot chocolate, hot apple cider, and wine tastings. A $5.00 entrance fee benefits Grand Valley non-profit organizations in the spirit of the holidays.
